Program Scope:
This program applies to all applications developed by Progus sp. z o.o.

Key Details:
Commissions are calculated based on the net amount we receive from the customer after all discounts and platform fees have been applied.

Commission Structure

• Up to 30% recurring commission from the customer's first paid month onward.
• Example for Store Locator plans:
  • Standard Plan ($19.99) = $4.8 USD/month commission.
  • Business Plan ($49.99) = $12 USD/month commission.
• Commissions continue monthly as long as the customer remains active.

Partner Levels & Thresholds

• Bronze: 0+ active referrals — 0% commission.
• Silver: 2+ active referrals — 20% commission.
• Gold: 10+ active referrals — 25% commission.
• Platinum: 50+ active referrals — 27% commission.
• Diamond: 100+ active referrals — 30% commission.

Sales Cycle

1. Customers start with a free trial of any Progus app.
2. Paid conversions are only registered after the user completes the trial period and activates their chosen subscription plan.

Payments

• No minimum payout threshold.
• Earnings transferred via PayPal by the 3rd week of the following month.

Refunds

Commissions are voided if a customer requests a refund within 30 days of payment.

Affiliate Link

• Unique referral link provided upon approval (e.g., link.progus.com?ref=YourID).
• Mandatory: Include rel=nofollow attribute for tracking validity.

Tracking System

• 45-day cookie tracks referrals after link clicks.
• Commissions locked in when trial users convert to paid plans post-trial.

Prohibited Actions

You may NOT:

• Earn commissions from self-referred accounts.
• Use "Progus" in domain names or paid ads without authorization.
• Promote via coupon/deal sites or purchased email lists.
• Manipulate conversions through partner landing pages.

Flexible Participation

• No minimum referral quotas.
• No mandatory activity periods – work at your preferred pace.
