2. Free Trials

If a free trial is available for a product, we encourage customers to use it before purchasing a paid subscription. Charges made after a trial period ends are generally non-refundable unless:

  • a refund is required by applicable law,
  • there was a billing error,
  • or PROGUS approves the refund in an individual case.

3. Subscription Refunds

PROGUS subscriptions are billed in advance. As a general rule, payments for the current billing period are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods.

We may still review refund requests in good faith if there was:

  • a duplicate charge,
  • a clear billing mistake,
  • or a technical issue on our side that prevented the service from working as intended.

4. How to Request a Refund

  • your account name or website URL,
  • the product name,
  • the date of the charge,
  • the amount charged,
  • a short explanation of the issue.

5. Review Process

Each refund request is reviewed individually. We may ask for additional details to verify the payment and investigate the issue properly.

If a refund is approved, it will generally be:

  • processed using the original payment method,
  • handled within a reasonable time,
  • subject to any rules or processing times of the payment provider.

6. Third-Party Platforms

If you purchased a PROGUS product through a third-party platform or marketplace, the billing and refund process may also be subject to that platform's own rules and policies. In such cases, those rules may apply in addition to this Refund Policy.
